The countdown has officially begun to the start of the Formula E Season 10. There was drama on the first day which saw a fire break out in the pit area causing damage to the Mahindra Teams cars and saw one person taken to hospital for precautionary checks, this saw the first day of running cancelled.
Session two saw the Jaguar of Mitch Evans top the timesheets with a storming time of 1m24.791. Evans headed Antonio Felix Da Costa, despite the Porsche driver only running for the final 60 minutes of the session, he ended up just 0.023s behind Evans’ time.
The day closed with the top 19 drivers only separated by 0.570s. The test continues…
